Jyri Jaakkola, CEO
EXPERTISE RELEVANT TO THE SOLUTION THE TEAM PROPOSES
Leading designer and director of Solixi Energy equipment with professionals and specialized companies 2010-2020:
Patented Solar Concentrator prototypes in 2013-2018. Early D3 models were drawn with lithuanian designer Darius Duoba 2010-16, improved versions with chinese D3 professional Peter Yan 2016-18. First proto was made by Elmertech 2013, second and third prototypes 2015-2018 in cooperation with Chinese partners and ME Solution Ltd.
Already with the first Solar Concentrator 2013 highly improved heat production and high winter temperatures were achieved.
Since 2013 innovating and testing water boiler automation. The unique system with automated heat circles was installed in 2018 in two locations.
The various materials and parts were tested in actual use with subcontractors; Alanod, Germany and 3M, USA / mirror plates, controllers by three designers, pumps connected to the controller, manifolds, collectors etc parts by dozens of manufacturers worldwide.
Controller in co-operation with Microteam/Comatec in 2016-2019. Unique IoT Controller (tailored hard- and software) makes the Solixi Solar Concentrator and the large Solixi boiler to work. It orientates the mirrors and optimizes energy storage charging and discharging.
The operations and benefits of the Solixi system have been monitored by various consultants, such as Bassiouni Group, USA and organizations such as Business Finland (Finance 2016).
An article by Industry Era Magazine, Oct. 2020, describes the system and Jyri’s role.

Wide global network and ecosystem with a dozen of MoU’s or agreements.
IPR in the words of the Patent Attorney:
“Solixi / Jaakkola has a patent portfolio with patents already granted by or applied from the Finnish patent office, European Patent Office and the USPTO (USA).
The patent portfolio contains one patent family for efficient and distributed solar energy harvesting and another patent family for space and cost efficient energy storage that enables transition to solar heat collectors for virtually all buildings.
Both patent families rely on a number of robust and tested technical building blocks that possess remarkable potential in terms of both business and patenting. AI, IoT, automatisation and remote control are part of all Solixi innovations and provided by Solixi Controller. Moreover, the technical elements are very understandable.”
The first Jaakkola’s patent application was filed in 2011, the patents was granted in 2013-2017 and a few are still pending.
